1.2. Data Utilization for Personalization and Training

Our intelligent features fundamentally rely on the continuous collection and synthesis of your chat interactions. By utilizing the platform with Activity features enabled, you authorize SH Helper to scan, index, and retrieve historical conversational nodes—including the exact text of your prompts—from your account. This data helps maintain a continuous, evolving profile of your interaction style and is crucial for the ongoing training and improvement of our underlying AI models.

2. Chat History, Activity Settings, and User Control

2.1. The "Activity" Control Matrix

We operate on a strict principle of user consent and data sovereignty. To ensure absolute transparency, SH Helper AI provides users with a definitive Activity toggle within the application settings. This control dictates how your conversational data—both prompts and responses—is handled at the infrastructural level.

2.2. State: Activity ENABLED (Standard Mode)

When your Activity setting is actively toggled ON:

• Cloud Storage: Your chat history (prompts and AI responses) is securely transmitted to and stored within our cloud database infrastructure.
• Cross-Device Sync: You can retrieve your historical chats across multiple devices.
• AI Model Training: Your conversational data (including your prompts) becomes eligible for our AI model training pipelines, strictly subject to the anonymization protocols detailed in Section 3 of this policy.

2.3. State: Activity DISABLED (Ephemeral Mode)

When you deliberately toggle your Activity setting OFF, SH Helper enforces a strict "Zero-Retention" protocol for new conversations on our servers. In this state:

• No New Server-Side Storage: Your new conversational prompts and AI responses are processed ephemerally. They are never written to, inserted into, or archived within our cloud databases.
• Absolute Training Exclusion: Because the new data never reaches our persistent storage, it is physically and systematically impossible for your new conversational data to be utilized for AI training, fine-tuning, or system improvements.
• Retention of Old Chats: Toggling Activity OFF does not delete your previously saved chat history. Any chats that were successfully saved to our servers while Activity was ON will remain safely stored and visible to you, unless you explicitly delete them.

3. Data Collection, AI Training, and Limitation of Liability

3.1. Acknowledgment of Data Collection and Storage

By accessing and utilizing the SH Helper AI platform with Activity enabled, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and provide your irrevocable consent to the continuous collection, storage, retention, and processing of your conversational data. This explicitly includes your text inputs (prompts), interaction frequencies, contextual behavioral patterns, and long-term personalized memory configurations generated during your use of the service.

3.2. Purpose of Data Utilization and Model Training

You hereby grant SH Helper a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to utilize your conversational data (prompts and responses) and long-term memory logs. The explicit purpose of this utilization is for the ongoing research, training, fine-tuning, development, and overall improvement of our artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing capabilities, and related system architectures.

3.3. Mandatory Data Anonymization and De-identification Protocol

We place the highest priority on your privacy. SH Helper strictly mandates that prior to the integration of any user-generated data (including prompts) into our AI model training pipelines, all such data must undergo a rigorous, automated data sanitization and anonymization protocol. This comprehensive process is specifically designed to systematically identify, obfuscate, redact, and permanently strip all Personally Identifiable Information (PII), sensitive personal data, contact information, and direct personal identifiers from the dataset. The resulting dataset utilized for AI training consists exclusively of de-identified, aggregated linguistic patterns and contextual problem-solving methodologies.

3.4. Waiver of Rights and Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that once your data has been subjected to our anonymization and de-identification protocol, it ceases to be classified as personal data under applicable data protection laws. You irrevocably waive any and all rights to claim ownership, financial compensation, royalties, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this aggregated and anonymized data within our AI training models. Furthermore, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SH Helper completely disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the data anonymization process or the subsequent utilization of the de-identified data.
